New Eskilstuna campus: study visit and lecture

Nov 03, 2015 | On campus

In the process of creating a new campus in Eskilstuna, knowledge from other organisations who have rebuilt their premises or moved is being gathered just now.

On 3 November a study visit is being made to the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences in Holland, a university that built a new campus a few years ago. Those taking part in the study visit are the steering committee for the new Eskilstuna campus project, the chairs of the SACO and OFR union organisations, the chief safety officer and representatives from the Division of Campus Affairs, the Division of Human Resources and the Division of Communications and External Relations.

At the departmental heads dialogue on 6 November the architect and organisational consultant Thomas Nathorst-Böös will give a lecture entitled ”The Changing Office”.

Later in the autumn the Vice-Chancellor will take a general policy decision on the design of the premises on the new campus.
